We will process modifications only after receiving your written request. Terms & Conditions - Hotel availability is confirmed at the time of reservation. If base-category rooms are unavailable, a supplementary charge will apply for upgrades. All rates are non-commissionable and subject to change without prior notice. Cancellation and other policies apply as per the hotel and company regulations. Government Service Tax (4.50%) will be added to your invoice. No refunds or cancellations are available in cases of bad weather, landslides, or conditions beyond the agent/hotel’s control. Hotel check-in time is 12:00 noon (early check-in subject to availability), and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Sightseeing schedules may be adjusted depending on weather conditions to ensure smooth tour operations. Please note that while tourism in Himachal is growing, the facilities and services here may not match those available in urban areas or other established destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized based on location, services, and pricing rather than traditional star ratings.

Exclusions from Package Cost: The package cost does not cover airfare, train fare, snow vehicle charges if roads are blocked, or any personal expenses such as laundry, baggage fees, phone calls, room heater charges, tips, camera fees, bottled water, drinks, adventure activities, or any expenses resulting from natural events like landslides, political disturbances, etc. Guests are responsible for these expenses.

Changes to Your Holiday Plan : We arrange travel plans in advance and strive to avoid making changes. However, we reserve the right to modify or cancel travel arrangements at any time, and if changes are necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible. If unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather) prevent us from providing the booked travel arrangements: We will first offer alternative dates if the tour has not yet started. If the tour has already begun, we will issue a partial refund based on the portion of the tour that was used. In any case, our liability is limited to the refund of the tour fees we collected. If you wish to alter your travel arrangements after they are confirmed (such as the departure date or accommodation), please inform us in writing. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes may not always be possible. All additional costs arising from amendments will be your responsibility.
